Please note: There is a 20% restocking fee on collars returned for size errors. I have an entire shelf full of returned collars from people who didn't measure their pet's neck. This ties up a huge amount of inventory. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, you can go to Wal Mart or any variety store and find one in the craft section. Or take a string, measure and then measure the string.
Sizes are gauged by ACTUAL neck size, NOT collar size.
Please take a cloth tape measure and measure your pet's neck SNUGGLY. I will add extra holes for comfort. Please do NOT measure the collar length!
PLEASE NOTE: ALL 3/8" AND 5/8" COLLARS CAN BE MADE INTO SAFETY CAT COLLARS WHEN REQUESTED.

M (9-1/2 to 11"neck)

XL (15-1/2 to 17" neck)
