REGULAR SHIPPING TIME Unless stated differently in item description, please allow 7-14 business days for standard delivery of most items within the continental US. Please allow extra time over Holidays. Please allow extra time for international shipping. NOTE: UPS, USPS, US Postal Service, and the shipping departments of our suppliers are not under our employ, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery, but we will send you a confirmation (if applicable) so that you may track your package(s). Because the arrival time of your order is often dictated by conditions wich are out of our control, we would rather err on the side of caution than promise our customers what others may not be able to do. NOTE: Some items may be shipped express for an extra charge. Please contact us if you are interested in the option of express shipping.
Kentucky residents add 6% sales tax to item total.
Customers who provide D & L Products with valid e-mail addresses will receive automatic tracking number verification (by e-mail to that address) upon leaving our warehouse.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please Contact us before ordering. We reserve the right to bill shipping separately. Some items cannot be shipped overseas such as sprays, liquids, etc. If you question whether an item can be shipped outside of the U.S. please contact us. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any charges that may occur through customs in your country.

*If you need your item by a certain date, you can note this during checkout in the comments section. However, we may not necessarily be able to meet all deadlines, if we are unable to fill your request it will be noted on your order status update page. Please remember custom designed products take time, very little of what we sell is ready to ship when ordered therefore items must be created, embroidered or printed, sewn if needed and then packaged and shipped. Please allow ample time for processing and delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your order upon arrival, please contact us so that we may help resolve the issue immediately. We stand behind our products and customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
- NON-PERSONALIZED EXCHANGE or RETURNS: All products that do not have specific text/name personalization are accepted for exchange or full refund if returned to us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise minus all shipping fees & restocking fees and if the item is in the original packaging and condition. This includes breed specific and non-breed specific gifts, clothing and customized designs. Shipping fees will be charged for exchanges.
PERSONALIZED RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Name/text embroidered item returns are fully refundable ONLY if there is a workmanship mistake or damage to the actual name embroidery or item.
- All sales are final. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please ensure the accuracy of your entire order before placing your order. We will do our best to reflect any changes after the order has been placed, but we cannot guarantee it.
- Reasons for returns or exchanges are:
- We sent you a size different from the size you ordered
- We misprinted the design
- The item is defective
- Otherwise personalized embroidery charges are NON-Refundable!

- YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN IN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER TO NOTIFY OF RETURN. Exchange or credit towards future purchases only if notified in 14 days and if returned to us over 30 days but less than 45 working days of receipt of merchandise and if the item is in the original packaging and condition.
- For your own protection, we suggest you return the item with a delivery confirmation, insurance or signature receipt to ensure we receive the return. We are not responsible for packages lost during shipping.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive a damaged item.
- Returns will be processed within 30- 60 days of receipt of return and will be minus all restocking fees, embroidery charges as well as original shipping and handling charges.
- Returns for any reason other than damage to the item, damage to the embroidery, or a mistake with the item are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
- We cannot be responsible for wrong size choices on dog shirts that are personalized with names or text. We will not be able to exchange any shirts for a different size unless they are embroidered or printed with one of our popular (standard) designs. Please be sure to measure your dog correctly before choosing a size and color. If you are unsure, for $3 additional we will send you a plain shirt to try on before we personalize the item. Return postage and envelope included. Place a check mark next to SIZE ME, THEN PERSONALIZE ME on your items options.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
All items are machine wash and dry.For best care, wash cold water on gentle cycle and tumble dry low/medium.
· Please note: Fleece is a stretchy fabric and all items may not be perfectly shaped due to pull in the fabric during machine processing. Fabric can easily be stretched into shape by slightly tugging evenly on one end of the fabric.
· Printed items should be washed inside out in cold water with low tumble dry for longest wear. White lines that may appear around the printed design will disappear after the first wash.
· Some embroidered items may contain small pieces of stabilizer on the front or back of the design which should disappear after the first wash.
· Glow in the dark thread should be placed under light for a few seconds to gain full strength.
